As part of its asset management portfolio, J Estates oversees an approximately 10 MW solar power plant in Hisar, Haryana, operating under the PM-KUSUM Yojana. The plant delivers an annual guaranteed output of approximately 16 million electricity units, contributing to India’s renewable energy goals and reflecting our early and ongoing commitment to ESG principles.

Looking ahead, J Estates is integrating green energy directly into its upcoming real estate projects across Gurugram and NCR. Through open access models, bilateral energy agreements, and inter-state transfer mechanisms, we are working to lower the carbon footprint of every community we build, whether residential, commercial, or senior living.
